Shipping Policy

House of Mone Boutique is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Normal processing is 1- 4 business days. After you receive your shipment confirmation email, please allow 24hrs for the tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers will be sent to your email address on file. 

Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days within the US, in the event that an ordered item is unavailable, or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative or a full refund. If you have any questions about your order or the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@houseofmone.com. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock.

 

Return Policy

House Of Mone Boutique's goal is to provide affordable quality fashions without lackluster styles and we back up with our return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase from www.houseofmone.com simply contact us within 15 days and we will issue you an exchange or return for store credit. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds (no exceptions), only exchange or return for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items . While we hope it does not come to that, we will make the process as painless as possible.  

  1. For all exchange/returns please email hello@houseofmone.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request your return authorization number and shipping label. 
  2. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to exchange or return for store credit.
  3. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a return label. 
  4. House of Mone is fully committed to customer satisfaction. We also understand that you may have a change of mind and we are happy to work with you in any way possible. We will not be able to offer you an exchange or return for store credit unless the product is unused and in its original package and tags are attached. 
  5. House Of Mone cannot take responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.
  6. Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition (with tags) may be exchanged or returned for store credit up to 15 days after receiving your order.
